By now steering through the undulating desert terrain and kicking, eating all the mineral rich sand would have become a field day for competitors at Desert Storm.

After cooling off at the Rally Ball at Sam the previous evening, Day 6, 8th April’16 DS shall reach its penultimate day. By now the competition has become definitive,social media shall be abuzz with guesses and updates, some have crashed out and all eyes are now on result timings.

This shall also be the day when Xplore Dusk (Jaiselmer to Jodhpur) shall be flagged off.

The stage shall take off post lunch around mid noon and shall consist of 2 stages of about 56 km and 54 km with leg ending at Jaiselmer. We shall again take a start from Jaiselmer after a regroup around 1900 hrs and run reverse yeahh we go back doing the 54 Km and 56 Km this time in pitch dark desert though (give me brownie points for doling out the secret;) . The leg shall end around 0100 hrs back to City of Golden Fort ‘Sonar Kela’.
