Refund & Cancellation Policy

The fees paid through our website or by any other means can only be refunded in the following conditions:

Registration fee will be refunded only in case the event does not take place.
The organizers will refund 100% of the entry fees to those competitors whose entry has not been accepted or refused.

If case you wish to cancel your entry, then your fees will not be refunded.
