The route for Moto category remains the same as Xtreme except for night stages.

After taking the ceremonial start at Delhi the Moto riders have lots of time to get to Sardarshahar. Smart riders would have booked accommodation at Sardarshahar to rest their bodies a bit before start of competition next day.

The competition for Moto starts with short and twisty difficult SS03 near Sardarshahar. They would be the first vehicles on the track on morning of 19th at crack of dawn. So it would also present a navigation challenge.

The rest of the rally remains same as the Xtreme save last but one section. That too is not in the Moto rally as it is run at night.

Moto have been exempt from having to drive their bikes in transport stages and many riders take benefit by clubbing and sharing transportation from stage to stage using a pick up or small truck.

There are some pretty interesting moto’s and quad’s in participation list. Let the best rider win.
